April Currently

Hi all!

 

I'm super excited to be joining my very first "Currently" linky party! Super excited that I'm joining the April one first because it's my birthday month! :)

 

Listening - to Rihanna's song "Stay".. I am obsessed with this song! It reminds me of the good ol' days when she made awesome songs like "Unfaithful"...not so much of her newer stuff like "Rude Boy" LOL!

 

Loving - that it's April! My birthday is on April 7th and my anniversary is on April 10th! I will be 26 years old this year.. Wowsa! and my hubby and I are celebrating our 4-year anniversary! :)

 

Thinking - that I have 1,987,642 things too many on my To-do list... umm yup! Pretty much! I have so many personal things I want to get done... so many ideas I want to create for my classroom... so many things to organize in my classroom... it's just SO MUCH!

 

Wanting - a new printer and laminator! I'm supposed to be getting a new printer for my b-day! Woo! (Hmmm, that doesn't make me a nerd does it? For wanting a printer for my b-day LOL!) As for a laminator.. maybe the hubby can buy me that for our anniversary... Ooooo lamination! So romantic!

 

Needing - a full-time maid! Oy vey! I just need some help around this house of mine! Between my hubby working night shift, having a 2 1/2 year old, and me leaving work late just to come home and work some more... well, that makes for a very dirty house! :(

 

TpT advice - Don't rush, take your time, and have fun! I really like to take my time with my products that I make. I want to make sure my formatting is uniform throughout, that it will work functionally in my classroom, that I'm not wasting resources such as ink and paper when it's not necessary, etc. I also have to make sure that it's going to be fun and engaging for my students! So my advice is just that - Don't rush, take your time, and have fun! If you do that, all will fall into place!
