Ewww, liver! I am definitely all about the texture of foods. Even when it comes to bananas and apples they just have to be the right texture or they gross me out :P. Glad to get to know you a little bit better!

I am SO with you on the roaches! Living in Florida there are palmetto bugs too. They look the same, but they FLY!!!
